Hi- I love to jog around the Rose Bowl in Pasadena whenever I can. I love the track as it's fairly flat, not very crowded during the week, has a great ambiance, plenty of free parking and close to me. I've been able to jog non stop but then stopped practicing and found I couldn't anymore. I'd like to get there again. It's 5km or 3.2 miles. I'm looking for others with a "moderate" fitness level to join me for 3 sessions per week (eg Mon-Wed-Fri) for a 5 week program. Details: Slow and steady wins …

… What we'll be doing in our Meetups: Its an hour long cardio (fast walk, light jog, and/or run) while doing obedience training at the same time. Everyone will wear a resistance band and as commands are being called out for the dogs, humans will be assigned a stationary exercise when the dog sits, stays, and/or lays down.
